Job Location: Willis, Texas Full\-time, In\-office Salary: $125,000 to $160,000 DOE **Job Summary:** The Senior Drainage Engineer will be responsible for the design, analysis, and documentation of stormwater management systems, grading, and hydrologic/hydraulic components for residential, commercial, and municipal development projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to manage and develop engineering staff while coordinating effectively with project managers, CAD teams, clients, and regulatory agencies **Qualifications and Education Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Water Resources Engineering or related discipline. * PE license preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment. * 6–12\+ years of experience in drainage and stormwater design for land development, site, or infrastructure projects. **Expertise in the Following is Required:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/hydraulic modeling software (HEC\-RAS, HEC\-HMS, StormCAD, HydroCAD, SWMM). * Strong understanding of local and state drainage design standards and permitting requirements. * Demonstrated ability to lead technical staff, manage workload...
