Description: **Shipping Clerk** **Department:** Manufacturing **Reports to:** Building \& Safety Manager **Employment Type:** Full\-time, Non\-Exempt, On\-Site **Location:** Riverside, CA **Job Summary** The Shipping Clerk is responsible for executing shipping operations in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and California labor and safety regulations. This role ensures the accurate preparation, inspection, packaging, and documentation of outgoing shipments as well as providing back up for incoming shipments. The Shipping Clerk works closely with production, customer service, and logistics teams to maintain workflow efficiency and compliance with internal and external requirements. **Essential Functions** * Retrieve manufactured units from warehouse testing rooms and transport to warehouse shipping area. * Visually inspect tested units, tag failed units, and transport failed units to designated areas for re\-assembly and re\-testing. * Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards. * Verify order accuracy, including quantity, product type, and labeling. * Generate and manage shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and packin...
