**Location:** Eastern Time Zone (Preferrably but not limited to Boston) **Work Model:** Hybrid remote and in\-person **Reports to:** Regional Director of East Coast Operations **Travel: Up to 25%** **About The Opportunity** We are looking for an **Associate Regional Director to support our East Coast region.** You will be the right hand to the Regional Director. That means diving into everything from day\-to\-day operations to long\-term initiatives that drive excellence in the East Coast. You'll turn priorities into plans, keep important work moving, and give leadership the insight it needs to make good decisions quickly. Your job is to multiply the Regional Director's reach, so the region can do more and do it well. You'll work across the whole region: operations, customers, people, financial performance, and growth. You won't own any one of these at first. As the region grows, there will be chances to manage people and take on larger areas of ownership. You would be on a trajectory to a Regional Director role.
