**THE OPPORTUNITY** Navicon is a growing passionate construction firm working to build the best\-in\-class high\-end construction services in South\-east Florida. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead custom home builds and high\-end renovation projects from preconstruction through final handover. This is a hands\-on, high\-ownership role where you will serve as the primary point of accountability for schedule, budget, quality, and client experience on every project you lead. You will work directly with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and our trade partners to deliver residences that reflect Navicon’s standard of excellence.
