Physical Therapist – In\-Home Care for Older Adults **Flint Physiotherapy \| North Phoenix \& Scottsdale, AZ** **Pay:** $70–$120 per patient visit **Schedule:** Part\-time, approximately 20 patient visits per week **Employment:** 1099 Independent Contractor **Start Date:** October 1, 2026 or later About the Role Flint Physiotherapy is a mobile outpatient physical therapy practice helping older adults become **stronger, more mobile, and more independent** in their homes and senior living communities. We're looking for a Physical Therapist who enjoys working with older adults and believes they can continue to improve their strength, mobility, and confidence at any age. Unlike traditional home health, our approach emphasizes **active rehabilitation, strength training, functional mobility, and appropriate challenge** based on each client's goals and abilities.
