**Role:** Assist in managing the department charge with preserving the Credit Union’s assets by controlling delinquent accounts, collecting delinquent payments, recovering and disposing of collateral and monitoring the work of direct reports to ensure quality performance and compliance with all state and federal regulations and Credit Union policies. **Major Duties and Responsibilities:** 45% Assist the Member Solutions Manager in the daily functions of the department such as: Bankrupcy, Legal, Repossesion, and Foreclosure accounts. As well as maintaining relationships with our attorneys, realtors, repossession companys, and other vendors. 20% Takes telephone calls from members or meets in person with members needing assistance with delinquent obligations. Contacts delinquent accounts and take appropriate measures to recover Credit Union assets. 15% Supervises work performed by the Member Solutions Department employees and work with employees to improve productivity and effectiveness. 5% Perform Financial Counseling for the member and outside agencies. 5% Identifies areas where existing Credit Union programs can be improved and ensures employees within the department are receiving ...
