**Market Sales Director (Multi Unit Leader)** **Position Overview:** Since opening in 1984, Shoe Sensation has focused on bringing America’s top footwear brands to growing communities in the Midwest and South. Shoe Sensation has achieved success through superior merchandise assortment, and outstanding customer service, within a well\-designed and comfortably appointed store environment. The Market Sales Director is the sales driver for the market. This person works with Store Managers and Community Connections Directors to drive the business. This role drives the store manager performance and trains all associates on sales techniques during every visit.
