Tri\-City Group is currently hiring an IT Project Coordinator in Davenport, IA. This position supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology projects across the information technology organization. This role oversees project intake, scheduling, task coordination, stakeholder communication, and delivery reporting to ensure technology work is completed on time and aligned to business priorities. **Essential Duties:** * Lead technology projects from intake through closeout, including scope, schedule, resourcing, and risk management. * Develop project plans with defined deliverables, milestones, owners, and due dates. * Facilitate kickoff, status, and closeout meetings, and document decisions and action items with assigned owners. * Track task\-level commitments across IT teams and follow them through to completion. * Maintain project and task information in departmental tracking tools so that reported status reflects actual progress. * Identify and track cross\-team dependencies, and escalate schedule risk early with recommended options. * Maintain risk and issue logs and drive mitigation activity to resolution. * Maintain a centralized intake process for technology p...
