Department: Heart Transplant Shift: Day Working Hours: 8a \- 4p M\-F; w/night and weekend call Summary: The Coordinator is a Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating care for Pre/Post Transplant Patients. They ensure the continuity of patient care through effective communication with the multi\-disciplinary team across all areas of transplant services. They utilize an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient’s age\-specific needs and deliver appropriate treatment. Other information: **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate of an accredited state approved school/college of Nursing * Active, unencumbered RN license from the Arkansas State Board of Nursing * A minimum of 2 years experience as an RN. * Critical Care or Cardiology or Telemetry experience preferred. * Requires the ability to take call for patient support * Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. This job will be authorized 80\.00 hours bi\-weekly.
