We are looking for an individual to oversee day to day shop operations, inventory, invoicing, scheduling, coordinating with 3rd parties and other day to day operations to ensure efficiency, accountability and smooth operations. This person should be organized, able to handle customer or employee issues and ensure everything is prepared for the next day of operation. This job can be fast paced in the busy season. QuickBooks experience is preferred. Previous management experience of at least 3 years is required. Must possess computer, invoicing, excel spreadsheets, inventory and typing skills or knowledge. Hours are 7:30am\-5pm Monday thru Friday, occasional after hours work may occur in winter.
