Are you experienced at generally managing? Have you worked previously in the hospitality industry? We’re looking for a General Manager for one of our properties here in the heart of Lincoln City. (Yes, this position is in person and requires being local.) Our dream GM will be responsible for all vacation rental services. You’re also going to be overseeing our housekeeping, expense management, team building, and employee development. You’ll need to be comfortable with terminating employees when necessary, but also throwing them the occasional pizza party and saying “Go team”. This job comes with a wide range of responsibilities, and we need someone who can handle it all: * Carry out any tasks assigned by the Senior VP of Operations, VP of Business Development, Director of Operations, or the company Owners. We need you to be more apt to say, “Yes, I can do that”, rather than “That’s not my job”. * Develop and maintain a staff schedule for all departments, ensuring that all shifts and job duties are covered.
