This PER DIEM role is onsite at our office in Greensboro, NC on Gallimore Dairy Road. We are located very close to the airport. The Staff Pharmacist plays a critical role in providing pharmaceutical care in a closed door facility, focusing on accurate dispensing, medication management, and compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires good problems solving skills, adaptability, good communication skills, critical thinking skills, as well as organizational and leadership abilities. The Staff Pharmacist works collaboratively within a team of pharmacy professionals to ensure the safe, effective, and timely delivery of medications. Key Responsibilities Review and interpret physician orders and prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness. Dispense medications in accordance with facility protocols and federal, state, and local regulations. Perform medication checks, including drug interaction and allergy screening, prior to dispensing.
