**Job Summary** **Summary** Hours: 20\-25 hours per week during 43 weeks of church year (early September through mid\-June). From mid\-June through August, hours are significantly reduced (3\-5 hours per week, very flexible). Salary range: $32,000 – $35,000, depending on background and experience. Salaried, non\-exempt. W\-2\. Benefits: As described in Personnel Handbook, including pro\-rated health insurance contribution. **Position Overview** The First Parish in Lincoln (FPL) is a multi\-generational, open and welcoming community church located 20 minutes west of Cambridge. The Communications Manager (CM) manages First Parish in Lincoln’s communications across print, social media, digital platforms, and worship technology. The CM ensures that information is shared clearly and consistently, supporting both internal communication and outreach to the wider community. The CM makes use of our font, logo, and color scheme to help us communicate our values boldly and brightly.
