**Job Title:** Site Manager **Weekly Hours:** Full Time, Monday \- Friday, 8:00AM \- 5:00PM **Supervised by:** Director of Clinical Operations **Location:** Boiling Springs and Reidville Road offices **Position Overview:** Responsible for the day\-to\-day location operations across site locations, including management and oversight of all non\-Provider team members, which may include, but is not limited to: clinical team leads, clinical coordinators, Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, front desk team, administrative team and others. Supervises, provides leadership and direction for team while promoting teamwork among all team members, the provision of consistent quality care to all patients, and delivery of the overall patient experience (i.e. The Tribe Way). Position requires strong management/leadership skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and problem solve.
