All documentation regarding the client eligibility status will be placed in CAREWare. The Ryan White Case Manager will maintain confidentiality of client information at all times. Respects the confidentiality of related issues by not discussing any information with unauthorized staff. Ensure discussions held between authorized staff cannot be heard by unauthorized staff.
