**Location:** Watchung, NJ **Facility Type:** Licensed 74\-bed Skilled Nursing Facility **Employment Type:** Full\-time, permanent **Pay:** $45\.00 per hour **Schedule:** 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed ### **Position Summary** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Physical Therapist** to join our team at a licensed 74\-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. The Physical Therapist will provide evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services to short\-term rehabilitation patients and long\-term care residents. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high\-quality, patient\-centered care while helping residents improve their mobility, independence, strength, balance, and overall quality of life. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Evaluate residents’ physical abilities, mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on each resident’s clinical needs and goals. * Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, mobility training, and other appropriate interventions. * Assist residents with improving strength, coordination, range of motion, and independence with daily activitie...
