**Marketing Operations Coordinator** Habush Habush \& Rottier is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the execution and organization of the firm’s marketing initiatives across Wisconsin. This position will work closely with the Marketing Director and existing Marketing Coordinator to manage campaign logistics, partner communication, documentation, budgets and timelines. The right candidate is detail\-oriented, highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects through completion. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate the execution of advertising and marketing campaigns * Maintain media schedules, marketing calendars and project trackers * Review contracts and campaign materials for accuracy * Coordinate creative delivery and trafficking with media partners * Monitor campaign delivery and follow up on discrepancies * Maintain campaign documentation, posting reports and partner records * Reconcile invoices against approved contracts and schedules * Update budget, invoice and campaign performance trackers * Coordinate sponsorship logistics and partner deliverables * Support events, community outreach and other marketing initiatives * Help maintain organized m...
