Northeastern Home Group LLC is seeking a highly experienced, organized, accountable, and compliance\-focused **Minnesota Registered Nurse with direct experience in Minnesota Assisted Living under Chapter 144G and Customized Living/24\-Hour Customized Living services.** This is not intended to be an entry\-level RN position. We are seeking an RN who understands the operational and clinical responsibilities of nursing in a Minnesota Assisted Living environment and can provide strong clinical oversight, resident assessment, medication\-management oversight, delegation, staff training and competency evaluation, documentation review, quality assurance, and clinical leadership. The ideal candidate has direct experience with **Minnesota Statutes Chapter 144G, MDH Assisted Living requirements, Customized Living, HCBS/person\-centered services, medication management, delegation to unlicensed personnel, staff competency, resident assessments, service planning, change\-in\-condition management, and regulatory survey readiness.** The RN must practice within the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act and all applicable federal and state requirements.
