**Overview** We are a growing, multi\-location dental specialty practice seeking an outgoing, organized, and relationship\-focused **Referral \& Marketing Manager** to help strengthen relationships with our referring dental offices and grow our referral network. This is a highly interactive position for someone who enjoys meeting people, planning events, building professional relationships, and tracking results. This is not primarily a social media or digital marketing position—the focus is **referral development, relationship management, and community outreach.** Key Responsibilities **Referral Relationship Management** * Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring dentists and their teams. * Regularly visit referring dental offices to maintain relationships and identify opportunities for growth. * Coordinate and sometimes attend lunches with referring doctors and dental teams. * Introduce our specialists and services to prospective referring offices. * Serve as a consistent point of contact between our specialty practice and referring offices. * Follow up with offices to ensure they feel valued and supported. **Continuing Education \& Events** * Plan, coordinate, and...
