### **Assignment Overview** * Shift: Days, 5x8hrs * Hours: 40 hrs/wk * Start Date: Oct 12, 2026 * Length: 13 weeks * Openings: 2 ### **Description** American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a Home Health and SNF\-based role, supervising PTAs across multiple sites. ### **Details** * Care setting includes SNF and Home Health, split approximately 50/50, with additional coverage assisting Auburn and Syracuse locations based on PTO and census * Day shift schedule, 8\-hour shifts, 40 hours per week * Work week runs Sunday through Saturday * Supervises 2 PTAs * Onsite Therapy Supervisor available * Uses Net Health for SNF documentation and HCHB for Home Health documentation * Productivity expectations include 80% SNF productivity and a points\-based system (approximately 80 minutes per patient, or 27 points if full\-time in Home Health) * No call or call\-back requirements ### **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience required * BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required * License required if applicable * New graduates accepted * Valid driver's license required for consideration ### **Additional Information** * Responsibilities include pr...
