We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Team Lead to oversee clinical research operations across five clinical research sites in the Tampa, FL region. This is a hands\-on leadership opportunity for a seasoned clinical research professional who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and partnering with clinical teams to drive high\-quality study execution and enrollment. The Team Lead will provide site\-level leadership, serving as a resource, mentor, and preceptor for Clinical Research Coordinators and Research Assistants while maintaining an active role in study conduct. This position will provide direct supervision and guidance for up to five research staff and will travel between assigned sites to ensure consistency, quality, and operational excellence across the research program. The ideal candidate brings 7\+ years of clinical research experience, strong knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
