Job Summary: The Cargo Service Representative is responsible for supervising entrustment staff in preparing cargo for aircraft loading while ensuring safety through Dangerous Goods inspections and weight confirmations. * Familiarity with handling export and import documentation * Knowledge of Air Waybills (AWBs) * Experience communicating with the TSA and handling related procedures **The role mainly focuses on preparing and processing the documentation required before cargo can be loaded, rather than physically transporting the cargo.** Supervisory Responsibilities: * None Duties/Responsibilities: * Supervise entrustment company staff to ensure quality assurance up to specified standards. * Coordinate buildup of pallets with entrustment company staff in accordance with cargo regulations. * Reconfirm final weights of pallets. * Oversee inspections by any related agencies such as Customs and Border Patrol, etc. * Input final weights into database to plan aircraft loading space allotment. * Provide customer service for inquiries regarding inbound shipments. * Create reports and maintain inventory as necessary. * AWB acceptance/cargo acceptance/cargo buildup in the warehouse/shipment ...
