The **Sr. Operations Manager** position will provide leadership and oversight of manufacturing operations across Pelzer 1 and Pelzer 2 facilities. Key areas of focus of this role will include operational execution, safety and quality management. She/he will possess the leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to ensure that Vertiv achieves and exceeds customer expectations while maximizing financial returns to its stakeholders. Additionally, she/he will establish an organizational structure that supports these initiatives by placing the best people in the right roles. Vertiv places equal importance on cultural fit.
