We are now hiring a **operations supervisor** to join the team at our Napoleon, OH location which is located at P\-314 County Road 12 Napoleon, OH 43545\. **Job Summary:** Oversee all aspects of daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer\-focused logistics and repack functions. This role will support continuous improvement efforts, enforce compliance with safety and food\-grade requirements, lead a team of warehouse staff, and maintain operational KPIs and productivity targets. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Supervise personnel includes scheduling, work assignments, performance management, training, and problem resolution. * Lead daily shift huddles and communicate operational goals, performance updates, and safety topics. * Hold supervising staff accountable on adherence to their job requirements and follow through as needed. * Monitor and main labor efficiency and performance management through effective labor planning and timekeeping system oversight. * Maintain accurate payroll records including on time approval of timecards, time off requests, and communicating any issues with HR as required.
