**Position Overview** ===================== The Program Manager leads the planning, implementation, and day\-to\-day operations of clinical, research, and community health projects at Marshall University and Marshall Health. The portfolio may include initiatives addressing diabetes, obesity, cardiometabolic disease, and other health priorities through clinical services, research studies, education, digital health, or community\-based interventions. Working with program leaders, investigators, and clinical teams, the manager translates approved project plans into coordinated activities across participating sites, institutional departments, and external partners. The role oversees schedules, operational readiness, resources, budgets, deliverables, reporting, and continuous improvement across one or more projects.
