Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Network Data Analyst II to join us in a full\-time capacity. **Location Requirement:** The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3\) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2\) days each week. **Role Overview:** The Network Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining the company’s on\-net/near\-net building list which leads to future sales opportunities. Will assist the Director of Network Strategy in ensuring that the 500K\+ list is accurate. This role is also responsible for generating and auditing Service Level Agreement (SLA) Service Delivery and Assurance reports. This role will drive reduced monthly expenses as it pertains to SLA Credits awarded to Carrier customers. **Qualifications:** **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree preferred **Experience:** * Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics. * Minimum of 3 years of experience related to network performance data is preferred. * Telecom experience is strongly preferred. **Key Competencies:** * Proficiency in MS Office Suite required. * Experience communicating with upper management preferred. * Ab...
