**Responsibilities:** * Reviews drug orders and obtains clarification as needed. * Regularly consults with medical and nursing staff and others in order to provide a high quality of pharmacy service to the Health System's patients. * Oversees and reviews the work of technical support personnel. * Assists in the safe and efficient functioning of the Pharmacy * Full\-time Pharmacists must provide on\-call telephone coverage, on a rotating schedule, for after\-hours consultation and requests. * Schedule will be 60 hours/pay period consisting of rotating evenings (3\-11pm) and every other weekend (8am\-2pm). Dayshifts available as needed and agreed upon. **Requirements:** * Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy and at least 1 year of hospital pharmacy work experience. * Completion of a Hospital Pharmacy Residency preferred; Specialty Residency in Psychiatric or Pediatric Pharmacy an advantage. * Must possess a valid Maryland Pharmacy license or be eligible for reciprocity at time of appointment and continuously during tenure in position. * Must comply with all related continuing education requirements. * Strong interpersonal skills sufficient to work cooperatively, tac...
