### **Job Description:** **Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position****The Role** As the Sr. Manager, Learning Operations, you will be responsible for building capabilities, daily operations and process improvements that enable learning teams to deliver solutions and experiences efficiently at scale. Working closely with Program Managers, Learning Consultants and business partners, you will turn learning strategies into effective execution. Your focus will be on implementation, operational excellence, logistics, reporting, LMS administration, and continuous improvement.
