This role partners closely with business, engineering, project delivery, finance, legal, and plant leadership to develop sourcing strategies that support safe, predictable, and cost\-effective execution of capital projects. The position is responsible for leveraging enterprise scale, supplier partnerships, benchmarking, market intelligence, digital tools, and disciplined contract strategies to reduce risk, improve capital efficiency, increase quality, and deliver measurable value across the portfolio.
