Director of Operations NYFS is looking for an energetic Individual to join our talented team. Candidate should express strong leadership skills who has a “can do” attitude with the ability to lead, train and continuously develop workforce. Candidate must have strong communication skills and managerial courage to enforce company policies and procedures. Candidate should possess strong managerial skills with knowledge in Foreign Military Sales and Commercial Ocean, air, import, export, warehousing and distribution and all modes of transportation. This position requires that the candidate have a thorough knowledge of Foreign Military Sales contract management, logistics management, case management, government regulations, US Customs requirements, AES compliance, TSA requirements and compliance and have a clear understanding of government to government sales.
