**Position Summary** The Director of Finance is responsible for providing financial oversight and support for the business and financial interests of a senior executive, including privately held businesses, investments, real estate holdings, and related entities. This position works **directly on behalf of the executive and is not part of the finance department of any individual operating company**. The Director of Finance will work with accounting and finance teams across the executive’s business interests to ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and clear visibility into overall financial performance. This is a hands\-on role requiring strong technical accounting knowledge, financial analysis, sound judgment, and a high degree of confidentiality. **Essential Duties \& Responsibilities:** **1\.
