#### **Position Title: Director of Finance** Departments: Accounting/Payroll/Purchasing Reports to: Assistant Executive Director Salary: $90,000 Reporting to the Assistant Executive Director, the Director of Finance for Vineland Housing Authority is responsible for managing staff functions to establish and maintain consistent application of processes and procedures in the following areas: accounting, financial controls, budgeting, financial reporting, procurement and contracting, information technology and management systems. The Director of Finance will manage all aspects of the Housing Authority’s financial programs in accordance with HUD rules and regulations. The function of this position also involves responsibility for developing, coordinating, and implementing financial policies, procedures, and plans as well as the development, coordination, and maintenance of a comprehensive system for the analysis, evaluation, and synthesis of financial data to provide management with effective financial control.
