Senior Accountant **PUBLIC ACCOUNTING \| 3 OR MORE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE \| SOUTHEASTERN WISCONSIN** We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with three or more years of professional accounting experience to join our public accounting team and take an active role in tax, client accounting, financial reporting, and client service engagements. This position is ideal for an accounting professional who is ready to assume greater engagement responsibility, develop client relationships, and provide guidance to less\-experienced team members. The Senior Accountant will work closely with managers and partners while supervising assigned engagement work and developing staff accountants. Advancement to this level is based on experience and demonstrated readiness to review work, guide others, exercise professional judgment, and assume greater engagement responsibility; it is not based on years of service alone.
