You're not building the ranking algorithm, you're building the experiences that make customers trust it, the data collection that makes it smart, and the moments where someone thinks: this app actually knows me . This is a high-autonomy role at the intersection of consumer UX, engineering, and ML systems. The problems are genuinely hard, the scale is real, and the decisions are yours to make.
