**Clinical Pharmacist – Med/Surg** **St. Luke’s Boise Medical Center \| Boise, Idaho** St. Luke’s Boise Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Adult Medical/Surgical Pharmacy team. This position provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care for a diverse adult patient population across general medicine and surgical services. Our Med/Surg pharmacists practice as integrated members of the patient care team, working closely with physicians, nurses, pharmacy technicians, dietitians, and other disciplines. The role offers a high degree of clinical independence and the opportunity to directly influence medication therapy, patient safety, clinical workflows, and pharmacy practice.
