The successful candidate will support DNC's client at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS) Headquarters. The successful candidate will help create the NOS budget submissions to NOAA Headquarters, the Department of Commerce (DOC) Headquarters, the President’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and Congress. The NOS Budget Formulation Division provides budget formulation coordination and support for the NOS financial management centers (FMCs). The budget formulation analysts serve as advocates and liaisons to NOS’s oversight bodies at NOAA, DOC, OMB, and Congress. **Key Role:** This is a remote position.
