St. Paul Lutheran Church in Ann Arbor is accepting applications for a business manager. The purpose of this full\-time position is to manage the infrastructure necessary to enable the ministry staff at the church and school to function successfully. The Business Manager is a member of the church’s executive team, which also includes the Senior Pastor and School Principal. The Business Manager has three main areas of responsibility: Finances, Facilities and Human Resources. Education and Requirements/Preferences: * Hold an earned Bachelor of Arts/Sciences degree * Willing to support the confession of faith of the Lutheran Church\-\-Missouri Synod and the mission of St. Paul Lutheran Church and School of Ann Arbor * Experience in Human Resource management * Experience creating and working with financial reports * Experience with QuickBooks * Conversant with business computer applications * Experience managing others * Experience managing facilities contractors Compensation: $60,000\-$68,000 plus benefits.
