ON\-SITE LIVE\-IN HOUSE MANAGER NEEDED Men Transitional Housing Program We are seeking a dependable, responsible, and compassionate On\-Site Live\-In House Manager to assist with the daily operation and upkeep of our transitional housing home. Position: Part\-Time / Live\-InCompensation: FREE ROOM \& BOARD in exchange for part\-time House Manager duties HOUSE MANAGER DUTIES * Oversee the day\-to\-day operation of the home * Conduct house meetings and events * Help coordinate house activities and events * Oversee clients completing their daily and weekly chores * Enter case notes of progress * Ensure house rules and expectations are followed * Perform light maintenance and report larger maintenance concerns * Monitor visitors and house safety * Report incidents, emergencies, or property damage to management * Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients PROPERTY \& YARD DUTIES * Cut and maintain the grass once a week * Notify management of property or maintenance concerns EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION * Be available to transport clients on an emergency or as\-needed basis * Transportation is not intended to be a daily service * Follow program procedures when providing client...
