This role owns the intake process end\-to\-end — logging, triaging, prioritizing, and routing requests to the appropriate Epic application teams — while ensuring requests are properly scoped, documented, and aligned with governance standards before entering the build pipeline. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the single point of contact for new Epic project and enhancement requests from clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders * Manage the intake queue/ticketing system, ensuring requests include sufficient detail (business justification, scope, impa...
