**Job Title: Site Manager** **Reporting to: Construction Manager** **Role purpose** The OHL Site Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of overhead line construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects. The role provides leadership to site\-based teams and subcontractors, ensuring all works are completed in accordance with programme requirements, health and safety legislation, client specifications, and company standards. The Site Manager will play a key role in driving operational excellence, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting a positive safety culture across all activities. **Responsibilities \& Duties** Including but not limited to the following: * Health, Safety \& Environmental * Lead and promote a positive health, safety, and environmental culture on site. * Ensure all works are undertaken in accordance with CDM Regulations, company procedures, and client requirements. * Review and implement RAMS, permits, and site\-specific safety controls. * Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks. * Investigate incidents, near misses, and non\-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. * Ensure com...
