Assistant Project Manager / Construction Runner Premier Pro Home Remodeling is looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Project Manager / Construction Runner to help oversee residential remodeling projects and keep jobs moving efficiently from start to completion. Responsibilities: * Drive to multiple active job sites throughout the day * Meet and communicate professionally with homeowners * Coordinate with subcontractors, crews, vendors, and project managers * Check job\-site progress and make sure work is moving according to schedule * Take job\-site photos and provide daily progress updates * Identify delays, problems, missing materials, or other issues and communicate them immediately * Pick up and deliver materials, documents, permits, and other project\-related items as needed * Submit, obtain, and follow up on building permits * Coordinate with city and county building departments * Schedule inspections and meet inspectors at job sites when necessary * Follow up on inspection corrections and help ensure projects pass required inspections * Confirm subcontractors are scheduled and show up when expected * Communicate project requirements and upcoming work with subcontrac...
