About the Role We are looking for a hands\-on, strategic Controller to own the full accounting and financial reporting function and serve as a trusted financial partner to our CEO. Reporting directly to the CEO and leading a team of accounting professionals, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements, build strong internal controls and turn financial data into insights that drive business decisions. This is a high\-visibility role with a real seat at the table and the opportunity to shape how finance operates across the organization. What You'll Do * Own the month\-, quarter\- and year\-end close, delivering accurate, complete and timely financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP. * Lead all accounting operations: general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, payroll accounting and consolidation. * Prepare and present the monthly management reporting package to the CEO, including results analysis, variance explanations and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Prepare financial information for the Board of Directors, shareholders, lenders and other stakeholders. * Design, implement and monitor a strong i...
