The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead strategic initiatives that use technology, customer insight, and behavioral science to help John Hancock Insurance create more engaging health and wellness experiences. Partnering with Marketing, Distribution, product owners, experience teams, and technology leaders, the TPM will translate business goals and customer needs into coordinated delivery plans across the life insurance value chain.
