**Position Overview:** The Financial Analyst supports the Company's financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and decision\-making processes by transforming financial and operational data into meaningful business insights. Working closely with the Financial Controller and department leaders, this position develops financial models, analyzes performance and trends, monitors key performance indicators, and provides actionable recommendations designed to improve operational and financial performance.
