Location: United States / Regional Coverage Employment Type: Full\-time Department: Service Innovation / Operations Reports To: Vice President of Service Operations / Chief Operating Officer About the Role The Director of Service Innovation is a senior leader responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing new service models, customer experiences, operating processes, and technology\-enabled capabilities that improve business performance and create long\-term customer value. This role combines service strategy, operational improvement, customer experience, digital transformation, and innovation. The Director works closely with Operations, Customer Success, Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business functions to identify opportunities, develop new service concepts, validate their business value, and move successful initiatives into scalable operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating between strategy and execution and can turn emerging customer needs, market trends, operational challenges, and technology opportunities into practical service improvements.
