**Job Overview** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced former 4th or 5th generation fighter aircrew to be our Stakeholder Engagement Specialist as a leader and advisor on a technical team in the development and implementation of cutting\-edge projects. They will oversee customer engagement in the requirements development process and execute program management tasks including project nomination, systems integration, subcontractor progress, and component testing. They will ensure coordination with government representatives, aligning with strategic objectives and customer compliance. They will leverage their knowledge of test and evaluation processes to streamline product integration with applicable weapons systems through developmental and/or operational test. Exact salary to be determined by the abilities, education, experience, knowledge, and skills of the applicant. Work is hybrid; most work is from home but with routine in\-person duties as directed by sponsor.
