Position Overview: The Senior Manager Communications \& Community Engagement is responsible for developing and executing strategic communications and community engagement programs that strengthen employee connection, advance our Purpose, enhance organizational culture, and build meaningful relationships with the communities in which the company operates. This role serves as a strategic communications partner to the Fujifilm Americas Corporate Communications Leadership Team, business leaders, Tokyo\-Corporate Communications, Human Resources, and other key stakeholders. The manager translates business priorities into clear, compelling communications that inform, engage, and motivate employees while also supporting the company’s community engagement and social impact objectives. The successful candidate is an experienced strategic communications professional with a demonstrated track record for developing strategic Communications \& Engagement Plans/Strategies who can deliver in speedy, succinct, and real\-time communications.
