Sales \& Business Development Manager – Pool Restoration **Commission\-Based \| Hot Inbound Leads Provided \| Commercial Business Development \| Uncapped Earning Potential** Pro Pool Restoration is growing quickly, and we are looking for a **salesperson who knows how to CLOSE and knows how to create opportunities.** We already have **qualified homeowner leads coming in regularly** from our advertising and marketing. We need someone who will take ownership of those leads, respond quickly, determine what the customer needs, follow up consistently, close the sale, and keep our production calendar booked. But this position goes beyond simply answering incoming leads. You will also be responsible for developing **commercial accounts** and creating additional residential opportunities around neighborhoods where our crews are already scheduled to work. **We provide the leads, marketing, reputation, completed projects, and field operation.
