Description: The Project Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects. This position provides strategic direction and day\-to\-day oversight of project activities, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, quality, and customer expectations. The Project Manager leads cross\-functional teams, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, monitors project performance and financial results, and proactively addresses risks, issues, and changes to ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. **Essential Functions** * Responsible for successfully achieving project deliverables, including scope, cost, quality, delivery and financial objectives. * Reports key project deliverables to Executive Management, including key project metrics on a monthly basis. * Hands\-on management of the project on a daily basis. * Identifies project risk, develops mitigation plans with operations management and works to achieve project deliverables. * Assists sales management in developing marketing and sales proposals. * Makes client presentations, as required. * Establishes p...
