Stateline Road Smokehouse (SRS) is one of the busiest restaurants in the Napa Valley after opening in August of 2024\. We are a quick service, fine casual restaurant featuring Kansas City inspired BBQ in a casual and unpretentious environment. We are looking for a full time Team Leader to join our Front of House team. POSITION SUMMARY The Team Leader acts as the lead or main point of contact during service for any Front of House related matters, including tech or guest issues, until manager presence is required. The Team Leader is in an elevated hourly position acting as the counterpart to the Front of House Manager at the restaurant, overseeing the counter servers and floor servers/bussers. They are responsible for all day\-to\-day, line\-level FOH operations, overseeing the shift, ensuring guest satisfaction. The Team Leader contributes to guest service and satisfaction, food quality, and compliance. The Team Leader will work alongside the Front of House Manager to ensure restaurant operations are met to the highest standard.
